Philipp Moll is a field-based geophysicist and exploration entrepreneur with more than 20 years of operational experience in mineral exploration across Northern Canada, Alaska and Northern Europe.
As founder and CEO of Actic Geophysics Inc. in Canada, he built and led a geophysical exploration company operating from Northern Canada from 2007 to 2020, with an operational focus in remote northern regions. During this time, he introduced geoelectrical exploration methods into new exploration settings, contributing to successful survey programs including government-funded projects.
His professional background combines hands-on geophysical fieldwork, survey design and entrepreneurial leadership. An interdisciplinary academic education in geology, biology and philosophy supports a structured and systems-oriented approach to mineral exploration and decision-making under complex geological conditions.
Prior to his work in exploration, he completed a technical apprenticeship in precision mechanics, forming the foundation for his practical and instrument-oriented approach to geophysical operations.

Stefan Ostermaier is an exploration geophysicist and data processing specialist with more than 20 years of operational experience in mineral exploration across Northern Canada, Alaska, and Northern Europe.
Together with Philipp Moll, he contributed to the introduction of advanced geoelectrical exploration methods to the Yukon Territory, where the technology was successfully applied in support of placer mining operations. Under northern geological conditions, geoelectrical surveying proved significantly more effective than conventional ground radar approaches.

Alexandra serves as Head of Finance at Moll Exploration EMK Norway and holds full responsibility for the company’s financial strategy, governance, and financial operations.
She brings extensive expertise in financial management, tax structuring, liquidity control, and regulatory compliance. Prior to her current role, she successfully led her own tax consultancy firm, advising companies across various industries on financial architecture, tax optimization, and sustainable business structuring. This entrepreneurial background strengthens her strategic and analytical perspective in corporate finance leadership.
At Moll Exploration EMK Norway, she directs financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial risk oversight. She is responsible for establishing robust financial frameworks, ensuring transparency in reporting, and safeguarding regulatory compliance in close coordination with external tax and accounting advisors.
With her disciplined execution, analytical precision, and strong governance orientation, she ensures financial stability, operational resilience, and long-term fiscal integrity for the company.
